For this test, I have been fasting for over 36 hrs, and I wanted to see what changes to my glucose and keytones a large, 3 egg omelet breakfast had on my body.
Raw ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- 2 pork burgers, chopped up
- Cheese
- Kale
- Mushrooms
Scramble the 3 Eggs
Heat up pan with lots of butter
Heat up eggs, then add cheese, and other ingredients

Conclusion
Fasting for over 36 hrs certainly brought my body into Ketosis. I woke up with a high level of energy, and was not really hungry at all.
I was surprised that this meal actually raised my keytone levels 1 hour after finishing the meal, but then dropped a bit 2 hours after the meal.
The glucose levels rose a bit, but then also dropped back down within 2 hrs to almost the pre-test levels.
