Frito’s Chips, everyone loves them, everyone eats them right? As a child, my mother used to pack a small back with my lunch everyday I went to school.
But, are they healthy? And what do they do to your sugar/keytone levels?
For this test, I choose 2 small bags of Fritos chips from Halloween, to see what they would do to me. And the results were surprising.
In total, there were 32 grams of carbs in just these 2 small bags! The Chili and Cheese really did not taste good at all. But for the sake of science right!?

Conclusion
There was an initial spike in my glucose level, but not as high as I feared. I was certainly kicked out of keytosis for a while, but within 2 hours of eating the Fritos, my glucose has fallen to below my pre-test level, and the keytones went through the roof!
I’m not sure what to make of the keytones actually going up. Does this make it a good keto snack? A hr spike in glucose for a rise in keytones?
