For this test, I wanted to see the effect of having a single slice of cherry pie would do to my keytone and glucose levels. This was not a very big slice of cherry pie, but the effects were much larger than I expected!
Here is the slice of pie:

Conclusion
- From these results, I see it took my body around 5hrs to recover from eating just a single slice of cherry pie!
- The effect was much larger than I expected, and lasted longer than I expected.
- The spike in glucose level was higher than that of the Halloween Chocolate Bar Test – Don’t try this alone!!
