What is food? And what is medicine? Are all foods good for you?

Those are some of the questions I seek to explore and find out.

This site has several purposes:

  1. Provide a resource for people seeking answers to their questions on nutrition, weight gain/loss, health, long life.
  2. Provide a location where I can record and log my personal research on foods and how they affect my sugar and keytone levels.
  3. Contribute to #CitizenScience, conduct tests on myself so that others might benefit from it.
  4. To show to people like myself, who never learned or thought sugar/carbs really affect the body, what actual effect they has.
  5. Show when the body is in fat storage mode (low keytones) vs fat burning mode (high keytones).
  6. Due to the high amounts of spam, contributions will no longer be accepted.
