This test was to see the effect of a simple rice dinner would have on my body. The test consisted of about 1/2 cup of rice (measured uncooked) and a packet of sea weed.

Ratios
See here for details on the ratios and what they mean.
This was the first time the Keto Mojo measured low for me, I assume that means close to zero, and for the ratios I will use 0.1 as the keytone reading. Even with the Slice of Cake test, I was able to get a keytone reading of 0.8.
The Dr. Boz ratio shows that just with this simple meal, it took me almost 12 hours to recover and get back into a range where I might be losing weight. This was pretty amazing with just 1/2 a cup of rice. If I had included a full meal, with possibly a desert, I can see how my body would be in weight storage mode for a long time.
The GKI ratio also showed the same results.
Conclusion
Just 1/2 a cup of rice, affected my glucose and keytone levels more than a full Pasta Dinner, and almost as much as a Slice of Cake.
