I’ve done pizza tests before, Papa John’s Pizza, Dr Gerber Keto Pizza, but this test was for Big Bill’s New York Style Pizza (https://www.bigbillsnypizza.com/)
The test consisted of about 4 slices of Big Bill’s pizza with different toppings.

Conclusion
- I started this test in a good state, Boz Ratio below 80, so I was in fat burning mode.
- What I didn’t expect is how long I would be in fat storage mode after the test. It took me nearly 2 days of fasting for my body to process the pizza and get back to fat burning mode.
- When people eat a meal like this and follow it with a high carb dinner, and then a high sugar or carb breakfast, they never fully process the pizza carbs, and are constantly in fat storage mode.
